why are fan edits of Rush not really a thing? You never see tiktoks with clips of Geddy Lee with a sparkly filter on, soundtracked to popular edit songs. I think that’s a shame. They’re cool guys! They deserve thirst traps! I’m so serious.

RUSH, consisting of the quirky nerdy cool uncle type guy who's strangely hot, and formerly a twink, a funny blonde man who's an absolute goof ball on and off the stage, and the tall and serious dude that knows a lot of words and things, but is also a goof ball as well. Went to see The Book of Mormon one night on my trip to London last week, and it was so good that my friend and I went to see it again the next night. Coincidentally, I'm reading Neil Peart's book "Far and Near" right now, and what do I see but a nod to Matt and Trey for their handling of religion in said musical. Being a fan of Neil Peart and Matt and Trey, I love to see worlds collide like that.

Peart was talking about one of his readers calling him a "faith-basher", and how we as humans react to being categorized in a negative way like that. Ultimately, when it happens, we strive to prove people wrong. (Who wants to be a "basher" of anything?)
