🍓▐░▒ Playfully skipping along the halls of the Hohburg Fortress, Mao just finished delivering the stack of documents the chief of staff ( the one who rescued her from slavery ) to the various officers ( some nice and not nice! ) she was asked to bring to. As soon as she excitedly reached for the chief of staff’s office, to stay around and play with the foster cat for a bit, barging through the door in pure excitement, she almost stumbled down, upon realizing she might have disturbed the important bonding between his wife! 

“ I am sorry Chief of Staff! Mao didn’t mean to bother you and Ms. Eve! ” ….Only to realize it was only the Queen of Warsfeils who was in the chief of staff’s office with the King nowhere to be seen.

Eve smiled, not even fazed at the girl’s entrance. “It’s quite alright, Mao. You didn’t mean any harm.” Ayanami had stepped out not even a few minutes ago to run an errand before Mao showed up. It was good that he had otherwise he would have been quite angry at her for causing a commotion.

“Did you finish delivering all the documents?” Eve gazed fondly at Mao, “I know not all the officers are nice but thank you for all your hard work.”

༄ ▐░▒ “ Eyy, yer that Chiefy’s wife right?” A smile of curiousity and mischievous nature sprang across the ribidzile captain’s face as he just happened to cross paths with Eve ( his natural queen ), the wife of Chief of Staff Ayanami ( his natural king, Verloren ) who happened to be seemingly making her way to the chief of staff’s office, observing at her small box which is very likely carrying food, persumably delivering her husband’s lunch. “ ….Or should I call ya Verloren’s Queen ma’am? ”

Eve gave a blink of surprise at the man that happened to be in front of her. It was almost time for lunch and she had been making her way to Ayanami’s office with his food. She had made sure to get all his favorites since he had been working so hard lately. She would have been carrying more if not for the fact that Ayanami had told her the rest of the Warsfeil would be out today.

“Um, just Eve is fine. And you are?”

“Ah, all right, that sounds reasonable~” She answered with a smile though the part of what the goddess had mentioned was how she mentioned that she was everywhere at once, which wouldn’t sound so odd but maybe it was just the way she said it. “Wandering for a few days? You hadn’t gone home at all then? Isn’t it boring to just wander around for so long?” The princess questioned, she herself tended to wander around but not as much as the goddess did which was partly amusing.

At the next question m the princess smiled and nodded, “Of course, I don’t mind taking a stroll at all, I don’t get to really do it that often, with everyone keeping an eye on me so much.”

Eve sighed a bit sadly. Home. “I haven’t been home in a long time.” Sometimes when she closed her eyes she could see white flowers and an endless blue sky but those days were over now and there was no going back. “I don’t think it’s boring. I see so many things that I’ve never seen before. Where I’m from things never change. It was always the same.. Well, except for when...” Eve trailed off.

At Ouka’s approval, Eve’s mood brightened and she laughed. “Ignore all the depressing stuff I said, okay? You lead the way! I’m sure you know everything there is to know about the castle.”
