Help Finding a Film
So a while back I watched this film and I've been trying to find it but have had no luck so far...
RP Idea
Criminal Minds Season 5 Episode 5
The team hunts a suspect who impregnates young women, has them give birth and murders them. (Turns out it is a couple)
Just no murder and perhaps its a private investigator working the case who gets kidnapped....
I don't know why but...
....there is something hot about the idea of being kept captive in a house, pregnant and drugged after an escape attempt, only partially aware of the changes my body is going through.
When I'm in labour, I'm in the same bed I've been in for months, a doctor manipulating my legs into position just before the pain of the contractions finally breaks through the drugs and I realise what's happening. "Okay, it's time to push now."
Not Sure if I've mentioned this before but Incubus: New Beginnings had so much potential and ended up a let down.
I mean the entire premise was an Incubus setting out to impregnate a group of women on a lake vacation. We opened with a nun in labour but never got a birth scene. The film ended with the women pregnant but that was it.
It's an incubus. Why couldn't we have more pregnancy scenes? Maybe an accelerated pregnancy? Birth scenes scattered throughout the entire film? It's a horror, horror has the opportunity to do so much and test boundaries but it feels like its going backwards unless its certain franchise built on gore. Anyway okay film, just fell flat on the content you would expect from such a premise.
Recently I watched Shelby Oaks, and from someone who watched it due to the high hopes of some supernatural/horror pregnancy content I was disappointed.
It would have been nice for Riley to find a video of her sister Mia giving birth in captivity because we are made aware that this was the purpose of her sister being kidnapped, to conceive a child for the incubus. Alternatively, her sister could have been found pregnant and then we get a birth scene. Or, going in a different route her sister could have been a failed attempt all around and the antagonists turn their attention to Riley. We could have been given an impregnation scene, some pregnancy scenes and even some birth scenes. Sometimes it sucks having such a niche fetish...
It also means I want to come up with my own version and RP it...
Definitely one of my favorite set of comic panels.
There is a panel missing from this, I wish there was more but this was only touched up briefly being an origin story.
Admittedly, I would have minded the birth being longer or even the pregnancy but its understandable why its now, still beautiful artwork.
Another interesting idea, being turned into an incubator as part of your own experiment.
Once again, if any one knows any other comics like this I would love to read them
An interesting concept
To wake, unsure of where you are and how you got there only to find yourself full term and delivering an alien baby. Certainly a RP idea.
Unfortunately, these are the only panels in this comic, that refers to this, no back or previous how it happen. If I remember correctly it was an implanted memory and not real at all. If anyone knows more comics about this, I would certainly be interested in reading them
To wake up with a belly like this, unsure of how it happened, to feel something active moving and squirming inside of me, only to learn that I will soon be giving birth.
New Fantasies
I've really been drawn to two fantasies lately.
A desperate artist becomes a surrogate for a wealthy family, only to discover she's trapped in their mansion. As dark secrets emerge about the Corbans and their cult, she realizes her unborn child's role in their sinister plans. Katherine Turner is an ambitious young artist with dreams of a bright future, but life has other plans for her. Burdened by medical bills and desperate to save her sick sister, she receives an offer that seems too good to be true: one million dollars in exchange for becoming a surrogate mother for the wealthy and influential Corban family. She enters the Corban mansion expecting luxury and security. Instead, she finds herself stripped of her freedom, her phone, and any chance to walk away. The more she learns about the family, the clearer it becomes-this isn't just about surrogacy. The Corbans are not just a powerful family. They are part of a secret cult. A cult that believes Katherine is a vessel destined to bring about their messiah. Now, it's not just about money. It's about survival.
I love this idea. Trapped in a mansion, tricked into becoming a surrogate to save my sister because I have no other choice. I'm sedated and impregnated, only for me to come too after waking during the ritual to be gaslighted but told I'm pregnant. To investigate their mansion and discover they are part of a cult who see me as a vessel meant to bring forth their messiah. Forced to bring the pregnancy to term, my every move watched, everything controlled. I am a vessel and nothing more. The birth of course will be all natural, no medical intervention and no hospitals.
Thanks My Golden Cage, I've found myself drawn to the idea of forced/coerced surrogacy. Especially if its something involving a cult or dystopian future where it's mandatory ro the perosn is tricked and becomes a captive.
Full series is available on mydrama. Good plot but in my opinion badly executed in regards to pregnancy and birth
where have you been x?
Sorry RL got in the way and I've been suffering with some major writing block.
Sometimes I forget how good the labour/birth scene in The Fly 2 and Halloween 6 (both versions) are.
Here's another review in regards to the pregnancy/birth scene that no one asked for but I'm going to give it any way.
The film is a horror. It centres around a young girl with psychic abilities that manifest the Sandman (a monster from her nightmares) that kills anyone who threatens her.
Our main protagonist, Claire, is the young girl's aunt who brings her home to stay with her after identifying her estrange brothers body, Sandman murdered him when he raided a closed convenience store, he was on the run with his daughter due to being wanted for multiple murders that the Sandman committed. Anyway, I digress, the birth scene happens about half way through the film after Abigail an employee of Department of Children’s Services is murdered by Sandman after threatening to return to the house with police.
The birth is short, not much is seen and we only really get panting from Claire. You have a brief reflection of her in a monitor but there's no true sign of a pregnant belly.
You hear monitors going off as she seems to be in distress. You get some blood splatter followed by a pool of blood.
After that you see a caul being held up and cut open to reveal the offspring of the Sandman.
After this Claire wakes up.
Its not really a realistic scene to be honest.
In truth, I wanted more. I would have liked the scene to have been extended, to see a belly and witness the pushing, alternatively I would have enjoyed them to carry this on to the end of the film.
At one point government agents kidnap Claire's niece in order to get her to summon the Sandman and I can't help but wonder what if the film had continued down that path? What if Claire had also been kidnapped? What if she'd been locked in the room to be bred by the Sandman so the government can have a weapon?
We could have some time skips of her having ultrasounds, examinations, seeing her belly grown and then before the end credits, or maybe after the end credits, Claire is giving birth. This time it would be more detailed, more focused. We could see a bare belly, see her with legs in stirrups, have medical staff ensuring a successful delivery, see monitors and equipment and maybe even some restraints.
That is however my opinion. Rating out of ten for the birth scene Lacklustre out of 10.

Welcome to, another review nobody asked for or probably wants.
Warning: I did not watch the series, I simply went to the episodes that involved pregnancy and childbirth which are the final two of the show (there was only a single season)
This isn't going to be in depth, lots of the episodes will be skip, these are mainly my thoughts.
Tell me, how did I end up like this....
you have any stories in mind
I have ideas, I just don't seem to have the ability to write them at this moment.
I've always said one of my fantasies involves being held prisoner in a medical facility but given some of the recent films I've seen, I must say, I'm certainly intrigued with a homebirth. Still being held captive mind you but giving birth either in a bed propped up with pillows maybe some restrains used and naked, yes please. Then again there's always a dirty matress in the basement or even tied to a wooden table, flat on my back, restraints around my ankles and wrists, knees bent and struggling with the birth. Another idea is a more historical one and being taken to a house for unwed mothers, unfortunately there is a conspiracy and I become one of the targeted ones.
