Simple software with invoice template

I have tried many invoicing softwares but none of them has such a beautiful template and is not so simple and painless to use. My invioice now looks really professional and neat!

Im more than happy to use this platform. Im happy to bill my customers because the look of it will give such an extra value to me that my customers understand clearly they deal with professional for sure. It is web based as every invoice system should be in these days.

  By the way im in graphics design sphere and i value highly all commutes and conversations that are between me and my customer.

  Since MS Word and Excel sheets could not deliver me by far what i needed i began to design my own invoice templates in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. But if you have to make one invoice after another in Illustrator then you should know how much time consuming and damn hassle it is. I had to add my customers name, address, email, invoice name and all the friggin data each and every time from zero. Same is with service/product names let it be UX design or CSS programming i offer. Then i had to convert it to PDF and attach it to e-mail for delivering it to my customer.

  Now i have really convenient way to enter whole data. Im talking about two clicks only! What im trying to tell you guys is that if i have my clients previously added in clients database and same done with my services in database. It takes me to compile an invoice and send PDF to customer two seconds only!

  I mean 2 seconds from clap to catcheeeng! If you are into billing your customers then go for Billesta.com and you wont regret!

  I have tried 7 invoicing softwares for now and none of them could meet my needs. I remind you guys that i am graphic designer and im really demanding in what i use. Most of these invoicing platforms provide some trial period so you should check them out. Billesta is providing 5 trial invoices and then you should go premium. For premium account they charge 15 EUR per month. Thats a lunch.

  Ah. Almost forgot. That all the invoices i create are archived and i can access them forever. I mean i have my accountant to whom i send all the invoices by the end of year. Everything i can get from archive on my account but i usually add my accountant in copy of every invoice so no bugging for me.
