@ioliteadrift Visited the Library
Another visitor, perhaps the Pearl really should make her Library look better if she was to have so many visitors as it was still in ruins.
When the other gem had appeared on the Warp they were greeted by small moth-like creatures that let out small, strange, noises as if inspecting the gem. Pearl, stood from a distance and watched her little pets inspect the Gem before moving over as the small creatures would fly away from the Gem and back to Pearl. Nuzzling her face before flying off somewhere behind the bookcases. “Welcome to Library 9. How may I help you today?” Her voice was just above a whisper, soft and gentle, flowing as smooth as silk.
The iolite is wearing a scarf draped about her shoulders, and when the moth creatures fluttered around her, she reacted with a smile, reaching out a hand, one slender finger (is that a claw?) extended, gently, as if offering them a place to perch. “Oh, hello there... what manner of thing are you?”
The noise they made was pleasant, and she enjoyed their design... were they designed, like virtually everything on homeworld, or were they perhaps native to the area? As the creatures fluttered away, her gaze shifted to the pearl that had been standing at a distance until now.
She reminded the iolite of a moth, too. How interesting! “Oh, hello.” She extends a hand, if the pearl chose to shake it. “If you’d like to help, I’d enjoy a tour of your lovely library... if not, I’m sure I can find my way around, don’t worry.”
