I guess some flavor to add is that the vinyl kitchen floor has gigantic jagged holes leading down to the dirty ass subflooring and it's been this way literally since I was a little kid. And I'm just sort of trapped and drowning and always have been.

Sometimes, when you have a mystery disease nobody respects, you're losing the ability to walk and talk and think, you're in constant pain, most of your relationships are deteriorating, and you live in a literally-toxic prison constructed of family's neuroses, you just sit on the kitchen floor and scream. Often after having seizures in your sleep. Then you stand up and almost pass out, and the blood vessels in your head all hurt. Nothing changes and you don't feel better.
