Not really. Though SBRs appear to be off the NFA now so you don't need to p+w, at least federally. But I think a 16" is marginally better for civilians.

Around the Washington Situation, I had this great big network of people I felt very close to, who I trusted, and who I cared for deeply enough that we constantly said we loved each other. When that started to turn, and worm started spreading shit about me, even though I didn't think I'd "win," I still made as much of a stink as I could. To try and shatter the machine I'd built in earnest good faith and love, which Worm was using to extract what they wanted from people, hurting them, and discarding them when they were finished.
