You are so gosh darn beautiful man. I know people have probably asked before but what's your workout routine/diet? I wanna have the abs that you got haha.
Thanks buddy :)… Honestly, I wish my abs were way better.
I try to do 2 days a week focusing on my chest, 2 days on my arms, 1 day on my legs, and I do ab exercises all week.
I try to lift heavy, do a lot of push-ups, and always aim to improve week to week. I feel like I have reached my limit now (unless I start eating way way more… I think I would need to be sponsored to afford that though lol).
I do drink protein shakes/ mass gainers on days I work out though. And I try to eat a lot of chicken and other forms of natural protein (lots and lots of nuts).
