Really liking how this is working up! Not planned pooling but I'm tweaking it a little to get the pattern.

Wedding ring quilt made by my great grandma! Completed on May 4, 1989 (date and initials are written on the back in permanent marker). It's a full quilt measuring 80 inches x 86 inches.
It happens to have the trans flag colors!!!🩵🩷🤍
most recent quilt (baby sized as a gift for a couple who’s expecting!) along with some behind the scenes pics
Knitting in movies always catches my eye and as a sock knitter, socks especially get my attention. I also love being a little bit nerdy even if no one will see the socks in my shoes! So when I fell in love with Project Hail Mary and these socks were worn throughout the whole movie I knew I had to knit them.
Think I did a pretty good job making them movie accurate too!
nobody tell my incoming nephew but i made him a baby blanket
Exuberant rainbow quilt for a beloved friend (alas not quite finished in time for pride month 🤷♀️)
Really enjoying this section of the shawl
i made a sturgeon and im really proud of her even though she kinda looks like a weird dog
I've been missing for a while because I've been working in some larger projects! This time I finally finished my Cozy Cottage Cardigan design in rainbow (just as pride month ends of course).
This is the first project I used buttons for and it was much simpler than I expected. Hopefully I will finish more of my ongoing work soon!
I will definitely be doing more types of designs in this "no sew" type of style!
This is a sweater vest I made with the "Cornfield" pattren by Annette Mitchell. I made the v-neck smaller, less long and didn't make the pockets, as if had a limited amount of yarn.
Yarn is I believe wool and took me about 3 months to make.
I KNIT THESE ON TWITCH (UltearLight)
lmaooooooo look at this fool jestermaxxing 👆🏽 the tan diamonds were naturally dyed using cutch and madder. the colorful patchworks are a mix of naturally dyed fabric and commercial solids! see if you can guess what came from the store and what came from the earth. i hand quilted this bastard on the train from nyc to pittsburgh
ok ok, here are the other digitally printed panels i quilted. these are prints of an old illustration of mine. these are not applique! but the borders were pieced separately and the central panels were quilted by hand.
They finally meet!
This friendly little slug often comes out on a wet evening for a walk, and this time it was dry enough that my knitted slug could go out and see them! They seemed quite curious about the strange new object on their path
This has been a delightful end to my week, happy Slug Sunday everyone!
🤎 pattern 🖤
Today's bug thing is this knit ladybug sweater!
Here's the pattern!
Finished a scarf today 🧣 🧶
And for my end-of-pride-month craft project this year, here is my mini progress flag quilt!!
It was a ton of fun, and a great way to use up some random charm packs I had no idea what to do with 😆. Soon it will be a wall hanging for my door!!
It’s postage-stamp-ish (1.5” squares, because the charms I started with were 4” that I cut into quarters) here’s the unquilted top:
And the finished back!!
It’s hard to see, but the quilt lines are horizontal on the striped part and are chevrons on the arrow part!!
I was going to make the pattern all pretty to share but I ran out of time, so have my messy handwritten one.
