Instant abbs with contouring tricks, but don't be fooled you still have to pretty much be FIT!!! But it beats surgery, and after working in the beauty industry for a number of years, there are some seriously talented makeup artists I know personally that can give you well-defined abbs without you having to go under the knife!!
