BE FOUND QUICKER ON THE SEARCH! 🔹 Did you know that your name is searchable and it can be SEO optimised? The name field on your Bio fits up to 30 characters and you can use a keyword that describes your business on this field to be found on the search results easily. You don’t necessarily need to repeat your username on the name field, this way you have much more space to describe your services! This will help the algorithm to push you higher on the search. 😀 How to change your Business name: 1. Go to “Edit Profile” and Fill out the “Name” field with a brief description of your business with keywords that best describe your services. 2. Click/tap submit That’s it! The saying goes “It takes many good deeds to build a good reputation, and only one bad one to lose it.” We all know that people prefer to complain about something that praise it. 😒 Just look at the review sites. Unhappy people out there venting everyday ruining your business and most times through no fault of your own. Through the years I have manage to hold a good reputation through several things. 1. Always do what you say you will do. 2. Turn up on time. 😀 3. Be polite and acknowledge people. 4. Don’t talk behind people’s back. It always manages to get back to them. 5. Be totally honest and transparent in everything you do. 6. Admit when you have done something wrong and try and fix it.😌 7. If there is a problem, don’t put the blame on a colleague, own it and fix it. Customers and business partners appreciate all the above and the extra mile you go to do the right thing by them.
