I also like space, cryptids, mythology, folklore, music, mystery, calligraphy, knights, fashion, photography, linguistics, dumb puns, theorizing, and vintage aesthetics. I have a loooot of aesthetics.
Oh! And I like Whales! And Highland Cows! And Butterflies! And other stuff but like that's what I like mostly :)

one thing i am quite grateful to Brian David Gilbert for is the phrase "If you needed ME to tell you that... I'm glad I told you that."
it has been etched into my brain for the past six years, fundamentally altering how i consider knowledge gaps held by others, as well as myself. people usually need to be told stuff before they can know it! that's how knowing stuff works! this is an extreme example played for laughs but it's a legitimately helpful philosophy!!
we are witnessing the gentrification of the term "tumblr sexyman" in real time and it is extremely disappointing. like no, live-action white boy #265 played by ryan gosling isn't a tumblr sexyman. i can't believe i have to say this but if it wouldn't get you shoved into a locker it probably isn't a sexyman
saying "it's okay. I'm only human" before glancing at a nonexistent audience with a slight smirk and a twinkle in my eye (the twinkle is an asterisk) (when you go to read the footnote attached it just says "in the beautiful garden of his imagination he is also another thing as well")
last night i did a drawing of a game state in hangman. i wasn’t playing hangman, i was just drawing a moment in the game, like a still life. my friend tried to guess a letter & i had to tell her, no, we’re not playing it, it’s just a drawing of hangman, you’re losing the distinction between reality & fiction
