A Special Announcement!
First of all Iâd like to start by apologising for the lack of activity on this page over the last few weeks; the truth is that Iâve been harbouring a dark secret. I have actually been working on two visual novels in tandem since the release of Always the Same Blue Sky... Two novels that are polar opposites of each other.
Itâs my pleasure to officially unveil Entschuldigung - releasing December 2016 on Steam! Entschuldigung (which means âsorryâ in German) is a bleak horror story, told by a lost young man who longs to find a place in which he can feel safe. Set in pre-war Berlin, the story is driven by an insatiable curiosity that leads our protagonist down a very dark path into the unknown. As he fights to make sense of his reality, he is also fighting to make sense of himself. To learn a little about our protagonist in advance of reading the story, make sure you stay up to date with sorrydiary.com to read exclusive diary exerts which are only available online. Entschuldigung will also feature unique gameplay mechanics guaranteed to heighten the already disturbing atmosphere the story secretes.
Due to Entschuldigung sprinting ahead, Iridescence has taken a back seat so that we can focus our energies into fulfilling the potential of both novels instead of trying to juggle the two. After the release and optimisation of Entschuldigung, work will continue on Iridescence (ie early next year), so meet me back here then team =)

Aya has a diverse group of friends that you can look forward to meeting throughout the story. Thereâs an adventurous boy named George, a sarcastic waving crab named Marvin, and of course her precious plushie, PoiPoi!
Sure the story takes place on the same island as Always The Same Blue Sky, but donât worry, thereâs still plenty of the island to explore⊠such as these mysterious ruins. What could this site have been? Whatâs that in the middle? Most importantly, how could ancient ruins tie into the events of today?

Ayasal just wants to be treated like âa normal land-girlâ. Because of this, she prefers to go by the nickname âAyaâ instead of âher full titleâ, âAyasalâ.
