hello! i was thinking on making a protection spell for the stray cats in my neighbourhood, but am stumped on what kind of ward (?) i should make. for context, my neighbourhood comprises public housing apartment blocks where the cats roam around; having the ward in a public space is out of the question because of littering/vandalism laws, so any physical component will have to be based in my apartment. i just want to keep the dear community cats safe and happy :-; thank you so much for your help!

I'd say to create an energetic "fence" of some kind to keep them out of the street. Anchor it to an object in your home so that you can feed energy into it and make adjustments as needed! Walk around the perimeters of qhere you want to enchant the fence and focus on pushing energy inwards. You can even enchant safe places with comforting/attractive vibes! Of course, cats need to cross the street at some point, especially in blocks like you describe. Try to find spots that are safest for them to cross in terms of being seen. Cut the fence into these areas to make a tunnel of sorts. Focus on movement here, and visualize strong, fast currents moving the cats along. If I were you, I would make the ward to keep cats away from the street (which most outdoor cats are pretty good about, anyway) by creating energetic strongholds. Enchant something every few feet in appropriate areas (maybe a sewer lid or a lamp post, etc) with the power to instill attention and care to be paid by the drivers. It may take you a few days to get all this done, so please try to keep your energy up in the meantime! If you need ideas for that anchor I was talking about, you could try to find a stone or tiny piece of concrete and bring it inside, or just use an image of a cat!
