Being in the snow is the most magical experience
Thats him! That's my favorite white boy!!!
Following up on my last post, this is my amazing boy Pharaoh! He's around 16-17 years old and we have no clue on the breed. I've ridden many horses during my lessons and always felt nervous, I never have felt nervous even for a second while riding my boy! My trainer even commented on how I looked so confident on him compared to all of the other horses. He doesn't kick/bite/buck/rear and he's literally the sweetest food junkie of a horse I've ever meet. He learns so fast and all he wants is treats, cuddles and a happy time! I'm in love!
Hey everyone, I asked for some advice on a recent post and it received no notes.. I was hoping some of you could check it out and maybe give me some tips?
If not that's ok, enjoy these beautiful blue flowers on a mountain!
This would be absolutely stunning to see in person!❄️
I have some very exciting news! I may very soon become a horse owner!! I've never owned a horse before but I can assure you I've done plenty of research, taken 2 years worth of lessons or more, worked at a zoo with horses etc.
The only problem is, I have trouble with my confidence. I love horses, but there are some days where they will intimidate me or I'll overthink everything and become nervous. On the flip side there are great days where I feel like I can do anything in the saddle. My brain is just constantly jumping to the "what if" conclusions and it's really scary. I've been bucked off before because of my fear, I'm sure the horse sensed it and became fearful/agitated himself, hence the buck. Since then and seeing so many horror stories on the internet I've been increasingly more nervous. I need to get over my fear for the most part at least. Does anyone have any tips for me? Or any tips on horse ownership you'd like to share?
