Matt feels his heart beat out of time and his head spin a little from the rush of the sweetness and the kiss. He felt like he could just look at him forever, over a year even! "That's a fucking lie." He chuckles and turns his attention from the food to his true prize for returning. "I'd be lying if I said I wasn't thinking about what you've been doing in this big ol house all by yourself..."
Ryan could spend a whole year looking at Matt and it still wouldn't be enough! He had a full smitten smile over his face just watching the other eat a simple meal. "Well... I kept myself busy..." he shrugged with a smirk, trying to be nonchalant about it despite how many countless nights he'd be awake just staring at the spot he originally found Matt, wondering when or if he'd return to him. "Work.. Lego... little projects here and there..."
Matt wouldn't admit, not to himself even, it was pleasantly novel to have Ryan stare at him like he was something special. He was warned about how humans made them into something like a trinkets, but he wanted Ryan to hang him around his neck. "Little projects?"
Ryan didn’t know if he wanted to give it all away yet, not wanting to overload Matt on their first night back together. He’d have time to show him. “You’ll see..” he could only smile giving another nonchalant shrug. “For now, tonight is about you..”
