I’m not exactly sure if I wanna see CaitVi getting their own little story or just them being introduced in some other region like Noxus through Mel (because the hype when they come on screen will be unparalleled)
Also would love it if Riot can keep anything related to their appearance in other shows a secret so I can be pleasantly surprised😭

One of the worst parts of seeing the internet say that Caitlyn doesn't deserve Vi, is Caitlyn is already aware of that herself.
And before I get into this, let it be known that if I see any caitvi antis in here try and say that the toxic dynamics in the other ships--with both timebomb and jayvik trying to kill each other, jinx killing several of ekko's comrades, and jayce having anti zaunite biases that he says to viktor's face--are somehow less severe than the shit going on with caitvi, don't bother. You will be blocked for your stupidity.
Caitlyn knows she's done unforgivable things. She says as much repeatedly. She knows she doesn't deserve Vi. But she tries to be better to at least come close to it. Why? Because Vi will love her anyway. That's just who Vi is. She never gives up on the people she loves. That's why Caitlyn fell in love with her to begin with. So what can Caitlyn do? She can try her fucking best to one day deserve it. And she does try. She facilitates the circumstances in which Vi can free Jinx. She lets go of her hatred for Jinx by doing that. Lets go of her need for revenge. She betrays Ambessa at great risk to herself and the people of both Piltover and Zaun, but it was a necessary break. Ambessa is an imperial power that cannot be bargained with. She leads the charge in the battle against both Ambessa's army of Noxians AND Viktor's glorious evolution. She loses an eye and nearly dies in that battle. She could have surrendered, but never did. She gave it her all. She fought Ambessa, an opponent she knew outmatched her, with a KNIFE IN HER GUT. When the battle is over, she gives her council seat to Sevika so that Zaun can be represented. (And yes, realistically, Sevika will more often than not be outnumbered so the practical application is lacking, but it's something Caitlyn CAN do as an attempt to right her wrongs. Oppression doesn't get fixed overnight. It's a step in the right direction and it's a step SHE makes, and we know she's the one who makes it because that used to be her mother's seat, and it's the seat she occupies when Jayce calls on all the great houses to war in the council room.) And at the very end, we see her looking at the blueprints of the hexgates, where we now know Jinx likely escaped. She's not only let go of her hatred, but she's looking for signs that Jinx is alive, likely for Vi.
All Caitlyn does for the entirety of act 3 is try to right her wrongs. All she does is try to deserve Vi. For some people, it will never be enough. But all it needs to be enough for is Vi. Vi is a grown woman, guys. I'm pretty sure she can decide for herself whether the woman she loves is deserving of that love.
Guys is there any way we can get that CaitVi scene released like the Snyder cut😭

ABOUT THE CAITVI SEX SCENE,
Guys as someone who has desperately shipped CaitVi since season 1 I can admit I’ve watched that sex scene more times than I care to admit and it really is BEAUTIFUL but as meaningful as that scene is to them I can still admit the lead up to it, and placing it at a point in the episode where Vi knew Jinx was about to kill herself or at least alluded to it does feel like… bad writing?
The last 3 episodes did take the behemoth task of seeing all these arcs to their conclusion so there’s no point in this episode where the sex scene could be seen as placed well without making major changes. The only other option I see would be hatesex immediately after their argument in episode 8 but that would also not be fair to caitlyn and vi themselves.
I can also see the scene going with their fight, caitlyn apologising but Vi doesn’t forgive her. THEN, proves through her actions that she’s cupcake again by letting Vi free jinx then have sex (this flows better for both of their characters while still not resolving the Jinx issue)
Or they could explicitly have jinx just betray Vi again without expressing her intentions?? Which again does disservice to Jinx.
Having the scene at the end would also be a huge NO as Vi just lost her sister. Overall the writers did really write themselves into a corner where they had to pick the least problematic timeframe. However the animation was gorgeous and the scene was all I’ve wanted as CaitVi stan so we take what we get ig.

Chapter 1.
Wall Street. A street of both unseen ups and downs in the business world. It smells of confidence and success of big businessmen so small entrepreneurs threaten to get lost immediately. This place doesn’t tolerate losers who can’t think clearly and quickly. But it doesn't scare Tony Stark, he's been in the big game for a long time. Wall Street is probably the only street in New York City where he’s not chained to attention, because there’re many other successful and famous young people at every turn. Although Tony will never show it, but to some extent, he’s even sad about it. A young businessman really likes to show off, being in the spotlight.
But now he doesn't think that his absolutely stunning appearance hasn't conquered anyone in all the time he's been on the street to the building where his meeting is to take place. He was only thinking about a mysterious woman, probably already waiting for him in the meeting room.
After taking the elevator to the right floor in the skyscraper, Tony finally reaches to the hall door. Before turning the door handle, he looks at his wristwatch. 09:55. He himself is surprised that he’s not late. Finally, the man opens the cherished door.
At the very end of the hall, turning his back on him, there is a woman who looks at the city through large windows. Tony couldn’t understand exactly whether she heard that he had arrived, or immersed in her thoughts so much that she didn’t notice it.
Nevertheless, when Stark slowly closed the door behind him, the sound of doorbells clicking followed the interest of a mysterious woman to a newcomer.
Natalia turned to Stark with her face. Tony can honestly swear that he saw this moment as if in slow motion: either he imagined, or Romanova really knows how to move so smoothly and gracefully. Finally, Anthony saw her face alive. Natalia looked young and fresh, maybe she was the same age as Stark, or maybe she was younger than him. But her eyes were in perfect contrast to her pretty face. These gray-green eyes were incredibly serious, perhaps even over the top for her age. It was as if they reflected all her life experience, all that luggage peculiar to her alone. Natalia had the look of a wise woman who had learned life. Tony had never seen such a sight before, and he himself wasn’t so piercing - despite all his genius, his sight was always full of some childish fervor. Her hair is short cut on the temples, and the main copy of them is accordionably styled. Tony felt even some embarrassment that a woman styles her hair better than he does. Romanova is dressed in an official costume, which sits on her just perfectly. The woman's feet are wearing heels, and Tony was just hoping that if he came closer, the business lady wouldn't be taller than him. In general, her appearance was completely different from what Americans imagine when it comes to what Russian women look like. Tony could say with certainty that Natalia looks absolutely European.
— Anthony Stark.
Natalia's voice sounded sharp enough, which made Tony shudder, but he realized that this sharpness was necessary to get him out of a trance that lasted only a couple of moments, but for him personally seemed eternal.
Tony coughed nervously, and then answered in a hurry:
— You can just call me Tony. It's a pleasure to meet you, Natalia.
Romanova crossed her arms on her chest, drilling Stark with her gaze:
— If you have finished analyzing me, you can already go further than the entrance door.
Tony listened attentively to every word she uttered: the complete absence of a Russian accent, the correct pronunciation of all the words together with a rather pleasant voice delivered Tony's additional admiration for Natalia.
Having settled in their places, two successful businessmen started their meeting. They discussed their companies and expressed their opinion about each other's business, discussed the prospects of joint development and cooperation, and Natalia admired Tony more and more. She really understands the business, plunges into it with her head, she knows everything that happens at her enterprises and knows how to express her opinion. She is quite cold and calculating, doesn't show her personal attitude towards Stark, so he has to guess whether she likes him or dislikes him. Every word she says makes it seem as if she is defending her right as a woman to run a huge business, and Tony believes her. She is very convincing.
Finally, as if at the end of a meeting that flew fast enough for both entrepreneurs, an enchanting woman says:
— Honestly, the news that you propose to meet shocked me. At that time I didn't fully understand how our business perspectives could overlap at all. But, having raised a lot of developments of my engineers, I still found something that can contribute to our cooperation.
Romanova carefully handed Tony a folder of quite an impressive size.
— You'll get to know all these documents better when you have a lot of free time, because there is really a lot of information. In short, it’s a flying machine. But not in its usual form. It’s armor. Human armor, capable of flying and defending. And we think that Stark Industries' repulsive technologies could help us create this device. How do you see it for yourself?

A headcanon of ironwidow being a real married couple and being heroes
soft!ironwidow will be my inspiration boost while I try to finish the monster fic I have to finish, considering that I have quite a few prompts in my inbox and most of them are for headcanons instead of long fics (I also have one ask in my main blog for a fic which is just chef’s kiss)
1) They get married shortly after Iron Man 2. Everyone thought it was a terrible idea, including Rhodey and Clint (Tony and Nat think that making the two of them meet was a terrible idea, but still) because they just met each other and Nat had and will have to keep some things secret to Tony because of her job and he’s no so good at sharing things either. They also think it was too soon.
2) When the Avengers first assemble to fight against Loki Nat immediately knows that Tony won’t get along with anyone so she starts to hover around him until she realizes him and Bruce are bonding and they won’t try to kill each other. She’s not so sure about Steve, but the guy seems to like her enough not to mess with Tony if she asks nicely.
3) Ok, the conversation TM about kids it’s not done at Clint’s house during Age of Ultron - and of course, she doesn’t say it to Bruce but to Tony - but after they tried for a while. Nat didn’t want to tell Tony about the fact that she can’t have children because she saw how much he wished to be a father since he came back from Tennessee.
4) Also the plot of Iron Man 3 is pretty much the same, but after Tony’s first nightmare Nat asks him to build her a suit. In this way, he can protect her even when he’s not physically there. She sees through Killian’s bullshit and the only reason why she doesn’t call him out is that Shield is interested in Extremis too.
5) Tony is the only person who knows about Budapest.
6) Civil War is exactly the same (or how I headcanon it to be, aka Nat not leaving Tony to join the Rogues but because something happens and she’s forced to leave) but Tony follows her.
7) Introducing the husband to the fam while saving young girls from Taskmaster in Russia.
8) Alexei doesn’t approve because his daughter can get so much better (he knows Tony is the entire deal, but he’s not ready to see Natasha as a grown woman).
9) In general, after every mission they take care of each other’s wounds, then they order some takeaway junk food and eat it while cuddling on the sofa. More times than none, a blonde girl and two teens (one of whom is a spider teen) join them for dinner (in this house we do not forget about Harley’s sister!).
Random Ramblings:
Sometimes when I’m suffering from withdrawal due to lack of ironwidow content I usually wind up hoping I shipped a more mainstream couple. Then I see the extent of ship wars and toxicity in most of the canon and popular ships and I’m glad Tony & Natasha are my OTP lol.

This was not how Tony anticipated his first mission to go. It was Steve’s fault, really. “Go on,” he said, “you’ll be fine,” he said, “just take the wallet from his back pocket,” he said. “With your cute little face and those big brown eyes no one’s gonna suspect you.”
Fast forward ten minutes and Tony was being chased through Manhattan by an entire army of cops and probably the actual army, too. He ran past shocked tourists and annoyed businessmen and tutting old ladies. His sneakers pounded the sidewalk, the guy’s wallet clutched in one hand . He should probably drop it but he didn’t have the strength to loosen his hand. If he dropped it there would be absolutely nothing left for him. No respect from Steve, no chance to be on more missions, no place in the gang.
He was a hacker, he wasn’t cut out for this stuff. What kind of bullshit reason was it anyway, that he had to prove himself by picking pockets? He had to prove his worth before he could meet the elusive leader. Kind of anachronistic, but fine, he could deal with that. But wasn’t it enough that he could hack into any computer or system? That he could move freaking satellites? Why was pick-pocketing part of this insane hazing ritual?
He could wonder and rant about how unfair it all was all day, but the cops were still on his tail and he was heading straight into the middle of the road. He would be run over by a truck or smash into the side of a shiny Tesla or –

The redhead in the driver’s seat almost leapt out of the car in shock. But Tony screeched “DRIVE!” slamming the door shut behind him. She caught sight of the cops hot on his tail and, without hesitation, merged into the stream of traffic.
Tony was panting, his heart almost jumping out of his chest. His hand still gripping the brown leather wallet that was his trophy from this goddamned adventure.
“Who the hell are you?” His driver-slash-savior demanded. “And what did you do?”
He flipped the wallet open – driver’s licence, a handful of tens, a couple of expired coupons at some fancy schmancy fake-classy restaurant, and about fifty thousand coins. This was what he almost got killed for? “Fuck’s sake, Cap,” he groaned.
“What the fuck are you doing in my car?” The redhead pressed. Her voice was surprisingly steady – if angry – for someone who had a stranger barrel into her car. “Who are you? Why’re the cops after you?” She paused to look at him, taking her eyes off the road for as long as she could while driving. They were startlingly green, and seemed to pierce Tony to the spot. “Did you kill someone?”
“Calm down,” Tony grumbled. “All I did was pick a pocket.”
“Not a very good thief, are you?” the redhead snarked. Tony glared at her. She was about his age, but she had the composure of someone much wiser. An old soul, so to speak. He couldn’t help but be impressed.
“Hey, it’s my first time,” Tony said defensively. “And I’m not cut out to be a pickpocket. Clearly.”
She snorted to hide a laugh, but she couldn’t stop the corner of her mouth tugging up into a smirk. “So who are you, then, the Artful Dodger?”
“If I told you who I was?” He winked. “I’d have to kill you.”
The redhead rolled her eyes. “Wow, does that line work?”
“Only some of the time.”

It’s very easy to forget that Hephaestus is just as powerful as the rest of the pantheon. Especially when it’s been thousands of years and the gods have long since adapted to mortal lives. Especially when he had always been separate, shunned until he was needed. Standing in front of him now, surrounded by the children he made with his own two hands, Aphrodite remembers.
“Sir?” the youngest child - an AI named Jarvis - prompts him for a response. He goes by Tony these days. Another of his children, a robotic arm, pokes him gently with a smoothie that definitely has machine parts in it.
“It’s alright, J,” he replies as he liberates the smoothie from the robot’s grasp. “You remember what I told you about me?”
“Indeed, Sir.”
“Good. This is family business, no need to call anyone just yet.” Tony slurps on his smoothie, only to spit out a lug-nut.
Tony Stark has the equivalent of a cosmic bomb embedded in his chest. It’s a testament to his lingering power, that he can still build his way out of anything.
“I should’ve known it was you,” he says mildly, eyes seeming to look right through her.
“Destiny is always keen to bring us together,” Aphrodite replies carefully. Her mortal name is Natasha, at least in this life.
“Where’s your side piece? Didn’t make this cycle?” Tony asks. It’s clear that he still cares very much what the answer is. He never quite got over the initial betrayal of her affair with Ares.
“That’s complicated,” Natasha admits. “I think we crossed paths once already, but it was brief.”
“Unusual. Then again, you and I are about to have a very brief intersection.”
“You’re dying?”
“Yes.”
“How can I help?” Tony blinks at her in surprise. That shouldn’t hurt, but it does. She supposes that’s the part of her that’s more Aphrodite than Natasha. The part of him that’s more Tony than Hephaestus decides to trust her.
Fury doesn’t know what she is. What they are.
“This may tip our hand,” Natasha warns, even as she prepares to liberate every piece of leverage SHIELD has over Tony.
“Then decide who you trust,” Tony decides. “I’ll tell my people, you tell yours. I’m tired of doing this alone.” He must be very close to dying if he’s willing to admit that.
Tony tells Pepper Potts, Jim Rhodes, and Happy Hogan. Natasha tells Clint Barton, Phil Coulson, and Nick Fury. They both confide in Agent 13, who happens to be Tony’s cousin Sharon Carter.
“Does this make me a demigod?” Sharon asks.
“No. We’re not even related,” Tony reminds her.
“That’s stupid. I want cool powers.”
“Shut up.” Sharon does not shut up.
“Is the Hephaestus thing the reason you’re so short?” It is. Tony sulks for a week after that.
Tony designs the means to save his own life based on nothing more than a cryptic hint from footage of Howard and a 3D model of the old Stark Expo. He’s a marvel to watch when he’s working. His face lights up with the joy of creation as his workshop thrums with power. Natasha thinks maybe that was her mistake as Aphrodite, never watching him at work.
Tony turns to her, high on his own success, burning bright both literally and figuratively. Natasha does what she should’ve done in their first life, and lets him sweep her into his arms. She drags him off to bed and makes love to him like thousands of years of separation never happened. The specter of Ares still hangs over them, but for now she has her husband, healthy and whole. As Natasha watches Tony sleep, she vows that things will be different this cycle. Tony holds enough love in his heart to forgive her after everything. She owes him the same.
All the Small Things
Just some random Tony and Natasha headcanons...
Tony and Natasha find solidarity in being the shortest of the Avengers. (Yes, Bruce has pointed out the fact he’s only a smidge taller than Tony, to which Tony pointed out that he doesn’t “act” short, so he doesn’t get to join the club).
They speak the most languages of all the Avengers combined (besides Thor). They like to randomly challenge each other by going a whole day or week speaking Portuguese or Hindi or Japanese. Tony’s better at learning new languages and expanding vocabularies, but Natasha’s way better at accents and tonal variations.
Weirdly enough, they have a similiar taste in music. They both love classic rock as well as orchestral music. (They also both play piano).
They’re nerds. Absolute nerds. They’ve made a game out of trying to find pop culture references the other doesn’t get (no winner yet).
They have the same, strange mix of refined and garbage taste. They will drink fine wine with a Big Mac and cheese fries, don’t doubt them.
Tony is fully aware Natasha likes to “borrow” his shirts and sweaters and hoodies (and basically anything else that will remotely fit her). He’s not upset by it at all; he just takes note of which ones she particularly likes and tries to make sure he washes them instead of losing them in a corner of the workshop for months on end. (There’s a part of him that wonders if it isn’t just a ploy to get him to remember to sort his laundry more often).
Natasha is the first person Tony has ever actually, properly spoken to about the cave and Yinsen.
Tony is actually a decent cook (just not in cramped little jet kitchenettes), but Natasha helped him refine his skills. They enjoy cooking and sometimes even baking together. (“Avengers Assemble!” doesn’t bring the team together the fastest; “Stark and Romanov made lasagna!” does).
