I would give my first born child that I’m 50/50 on having to anyone who drew Iruka with freckles. my heart can’t handle this. Could he possibly get any cuter? Starry I think you’ve just discovered a way for him to.
i would love a domestic side story with naruto and iruka like………..why didn’t naruto move in….? It would involve:
- naruto waking up and expecting instant ramen and yet he sees iruka making a traditional, home-cooked breakfast and he says ‘wow last time i had this was when i was in land of waves’ and iruka nearly smashes a glass in shock “that…that was almost four years ago naruto” “oh wow yeah”
- laundry is a mess. iruka dies in the inside if naruto attempts to mix his orange clothes with iruka’s whites, but at least naruto uses his clones to help hang up the clothes to dry. and it’s fucking hilarious when it starts to rain randomly and iruka shrieks “the clothes!” and eighty narutos appear in the living room, mad scrambling to get to the balcony
- they own a fat cat who iruka keeps calling “dearest” and “little love” and naruto isn’t so sure how to ask what the cat’s name is
- everyone keeps visiting. everyone. iruka has so many spare futons to just whip out and roll out but sometimes that doesn’t matter most of the time cause iruka walks into naruto’s room to find sakura and sai sleeping beside him on the bed and he’s like ‘well, it’s a good thing i kept the receipts’
- they make blanket forts on the nights neither of them can sleep and iruka has a flashlight to make shadow puppets and naruto is hysterical
- they get a box garden and naruto treats the vegetables they’re growing like his children until he sees they’re really vegetables once they fully grow and they become the bane of his existence. “i thought you loved beatrice” “beatrice is a radish, i want her dead” “naruto!”
- naruto likes it when iruka reads out loud, doesnt care if its a history book or a short story. whenever he comes home to find iruka on the couch with a book, he sits on the floor in front of him immediately and waits excitedly and iruka already knows what he wants
