Somehow I haven't clicked out of my tumblr tab yet since I've been trying to figure out how to wipe out old posts on my personal, so I guess I can answer this.
I've been through a lot since... 2016? God, the USA election that year was a complete disaster. I have moved states towards the end of 2016 and have since moved houses at least 5 times, and combined with the great R18/LGBTQ+ purge, there was a good reason I didn't log back into tumblr for a while. There's also lot of details I'm going to omit since I intend to keep my current life separate from my old one here, but I started taking testosterone about 6 months ago and my pronouns are he/they now.
And yes, I have played NTWEWY (I actually preordered it, as a matter of fact) but I have to confess that I'm still in the middle of W2D5 or so. Someone told me that the plot twists for NEO isn't as great as the first game and that kind of killed my enthusiasm, combined with my desire to get 1st place in the Turf War on my first try. I will try to make time to at least finish the main story next year. I miss Fret. He's my son.
Anyways, I'm disabled but alive. We're all just going through it these days, aren't we?
