that new scene, the scene. deleted? DELETED? there is so much there, so much pain and emotion and closure. finally showing the team, the found family tony always desired but too late. a second too late. its cruel but almost perfect in a way? pepper and rhodey and peter so close to him. they don't need to kneel, they held him up. clint and tony were never really anything and yet he's he first to kneel because that's tony. the close up on stephen who was just preserving him but it had to be done. and bruce crouching behind debris crying into his hand and hiding from the truth. steve and thor pained even though they've never been on the best terms. mantis being the last to kneel probably because she can feel the overwhelming grief. its hauntingly beautiful.
