first : UT her won't be ominous in pacifist, right? Because spam in most ut versions is kinda born like a puppet or maniquen type monster (I say most because yes there are versions where he is not and actually does have a deal). She could still fall of course just how and why is the interesting part.

second : Omg Defernull her sounds even more like a bird trapped in a cage! A hawk who is domesticated, never actually knowing its full potential and since it is domesticated, once it gets out to feed its calling for freedom, it isn't prepared for the wild enough to survive. It isn't the fault of the one who raised it because it was born in a domestic environment, it would be cruel to not shelter it, it isn't the fault of the hawk to want for freedom either. It is the fault of the whole circumstance. The major thing here is, in Defernull the spamtenna is a (can't tell u I actually do care because of what happened and I am afraid you would leave) marriage, right? So she would be raised by both Tenna and spamton 𝙩𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 this time, so does that change anything?

For my ut au I’m still figuring out what spamton’s situation is honestly. As for her falling I’m leaving it open to interpretation on what happens to her on the surface if it’s good or bad (because I haven’t decided yet,,)

As for Defernull.. mm no because I don’t think they raised her together. I’m not sure what the original creator planned for them but for my version of it spamton and Tenna haven’t reconnected and if they do it’s tumultuous. Starlet was raised by Tenna alone. I think she might meet Defernull spamton later on in life I just don’t know the details cause I haven’t thought of it much

Oo I have some but not much. Deltanova not many ideas for now but maybe in the future.

Undertale: some ideas is she’d appear younger in undertale, maybe teen age. Her whole deal would be you’d meet her in the dump after having unlocked Spamtenna trash shop. Interact with her and you’d get to know that she’s their kid and is really lonely. She’s trying to get her head to stay on her body but her ghost body won’t bond to it for some reason. She keeps trying to force the tv head to stick but it just doesn’t take and she doesn’t understand why when everything else on her body was fine. She can try all she wants to be a tv like her dad and force that persona but it’s just not her. That’s why her head isn’t bonding it’s not her and she needs to find out what she really is like and that it’s okay to ditch the tv head. Frisk can help her try and find a better suited head one that might actually bond to her. In pacifist she gets to the surface and kinda relives what she does in canon of moving to the city and having her own adventures but probably not as intensely? I dunno I think it’d be like. When you finish the pacifist route and go back to say goodbye to everyone she’d have dialogue talking about “maybe I can move to a city! Find out more about myself. Maybe I’ll meet some interesting people and make friends” where it’s only ominous if you know her deltarune counterpart. Genocide route.. she hides in the shop and waits for her parents to come back..

Defernull: I let myself go full angst lord with this one. I let myself be so self indulgent. In Defernull she works for Tenna as an assassin and the person who keeps others in check. She doesn’t go out of her room much because she doesn’t want to get in the way of her dad’s business. When she is let out it’s usually to take someone down. Because of her nature she’s kind of a great weapon against any new tech brought into the house. Say the dreemurs managed to get a new tv and want to replace the old one. But when they turn the new tv on.. it has glitch lines. Maybe they can live with it, but it gets worse. The lines gets so messed up they can’t even see what’s on and the audio is screwing up. “What a waste” “let’s just go back to the old tv” and thus Tenna is brought back every time. She is that. Tenna sends her out like a hit man when time needs. But don’t be fooled he does actually care about his daughter. He’s just kinda gotten so depressed apathetic to the world around him in general it makes it hard for him to be as loving as he wants to be. Him keeping her in her room isn’t exactly a cruel thing to him. He just wants her to be safe. Eventually Star runs away Tenna searches for her but can’t do much. She’ll somehow meet Vida who in this world is kinda like a mob boss. She’s used as a hit man once again by her. Vida basically uses her as a scapegoat for crimes and starlet is taken under arrest. Where it goes from there I’m not sure. Oh also she has a gun

Have you seen Chapter 5 yet, and if so who's your favorite character from the chapter?

yup! Finished it, spoilers obvi

my favorite character was YELLOW I fucking love him so much oh my gooooddddddddd. It doesn’t help that I already love cowboys. Incredibly funny and so cute. Yellow my beautiful suicidal cowboy. Blue as well because I genuinely think he’s just.. really cool. Beautifully spoken kind and just a very interesting character overall with the way he acts and thinks.

this wasn’t part of the question but I’ll give my opinions on the others as well because this is my opportunity to yap.

Green, peak character love them nonverbal nonbinary chef we LOVE you. Aqua, so cute and funny I enjoyed watching her annoy Seth. Very child with knife. Seth, just a little failthey nerd that idolizes berdly which I cackled at when I found out. Also orange, man Ralsei PLEASE get it together and leave her alone. She is very cute though

And pink. The way I screamed when I found out she had hatsune miku in her theme. She’s great. Though one thing I’m so sad about (at least from my understanding) the way ghosts in deltarune work is different from Undertale. In Undertale she could possess random practice dummies and still move around but here she can’t even move in a doll. I hope it’s just a case that she can’t move because asgore would see and not because ghosts work differently.. but then like.. if you think of her having her mew mew body as symbolism for transitioning. It makes me sad that in this world she in a very literal sense can only be her true self and have her true body…. In the closet… she can’t leave the closet with her chosen identity.. that’s.. sad. Justice for her I want her to be out and happy.

And then flowery. Oh man. Flowery. I don’t hate flowery, I actually think as a character he’s really cool! He’s a very very interesting character and genuinely so well written. But I also do get annoyed at him for being mean as shit. And not in the “he’s teasing the gang to teach them a lesson and push them to having realizations about themselves” way. He’s mean in the way that he keeps telling Kris to their FACE “your dad doesn’t need you anymore. You guys abandoned him. We will be his new better family that ACTUALLY makes him happy.” that’s mean!! Cruel even!! Kris is just a kid. And that’s not something I see a lot of people talk about enough. At least from what I’ve seen. That’s kinda real fucked up of him to say. However despite that I don’t hate him. I think the fact he is mean and that he comes at Asgore with such a flawed mentality is very interesting… also he’s like.. really funny. Man is rude as shit but god does he make up for it by being genuinely so funny

anyways those are just some of my rambly thoughts on the new characters. I love them all and I WISH we could see them again. Truly. Even Flowery. I wish we could interact with them again.. sigh maybe in another universe. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to talk about this ^^

Every time something new comes out for each chapter I’m going to have to sit there and think “is this going to impact my au?” I don’t know what to do with the new friend information. Genuinely. I don’t think it changes anything. As long as friend stays interpreted as the person on the other side of the phone then I’m fine. If not then I guess I’m going to have to change things :/

Would you wanna see another comic about Star and Tella. This one would come up a bit later after Star and Tella had already become friends. or

Would you wanna see a comic about Starlet meeting Sponsor. The blue Addison friends that I have mentioned through some of the lore pages and sometimes in doodles.

Tella comic will be more lore important while sponsor’s is more for fun. Also sponsor comic would be set chronologically before the second yet to be made Tella comic

What would interactions between the currently known dark world bosses and Starlet and Vida be like (aside from Tenna with Starlet)? I'm especially curious to see how Vida would interact with Flowery.

King-

Starlet only kinda knows king, she’s watched her dad try and entertain him in the past but she doesn’t really go down there to talk to him. So they don’t really interact

Vida wouldn’t care about him he’s powerless not even worth interacting with

Queen-

Depends on if spamton really did get thrown in the acid pool all that time ago but if that did happen she has her annoyances with her. Mostly because she knows her and spamton’s history even if it wasn’t a personal thing. Also Queen uses her head as an arm rest and calls her “Star tar sauce” which annoys her. Also probably says she looks familiar and when she mentions her dad is spamton queen probably goes “Oh Yeah Him”

Vida would act the same way around this queen as she would Mettaton’s queen. Fake polite and a suck up to get in good graces. Though probably have a harder time doing that with lancer around tbh

Tenna-

Vida thinks Tenna is foolish and dumb. Would suck up to him in a manipulative way had she not ever met Starlet. Trying to get ad deals. Find an escape from cyber city to become something bigger

Flowery-

Starlet would hate this guy. Punch him in the teeth

Vida would play along with him. Probably pretend to find him cool and fawn over his flirting or skill prowess. Though I have a feeling Flowery could tell it’s just a facade. I feel like they’d have a passive aggressive pissing match where Vida is trying to find leverage to get control

DELTARUNE CHAPTER 5 SPOILERS AHEAD

She says she can’t move in the light world. Do ghosts work differently in deltarune? If so that kinda sucks for me. Because in undertale she is able to move around in her doll body she just can’t fuse with it. Mettaton seems to be fused with or at least possesses his metal body both the box one and the EX so. Do deltarune ghosts work differently or maybe she just hadn’t been in the doll for long enough. I mean realistically the game only takes place in a span of a week maybe she’s just new to it. But still idk. I hope not because that means I’d have to change things in my own stuff
