Republicans live in this fantasy world, where it’s always 1945, America is always #1. We’re like 65th at Infant Mortality, 19th in Literacy. One of the big arguments during the Health Care debate that the Republicans put forward, one of their major talking points was, ‘why are we messing around with the greatest health care system in the world?’ I don’t know, maybe because the U.N. ranks it #37? You know, these people love the truth, they just hate facts.

15 Days of Dream Team/book!Twilight ― Day 15 ― What do you miss the most about the pre-movies Twilight days? I miss the days when we didn’t have to constantly feel ashamed or hide the fact that we liked Twilight. When we proudly sported quotes from the books in our profiles or sidebars (or carried the books with us) and enjoyed Twilight in all its cheese~ without having to worry about being frowned upon by others. I miss the creativity and imagination from the fandom. I liked seeing people’s personal take on the scenes through fanart. Now the movies have taken over a lot of the fandom’s imagination and by consequence some of that magic from the books has been lost. I don’t want to sound like an elitist but I miss when Twilight was just a little book series with a large internet fanbase — not because I don’t like it being a worldwide phenomenon, but simply because I hate all the backlash that came from it. Being a Twilight fan nowadays is exhausting because of all the hate surrounding it, and to top it off if you are a fan of dream team you are constantly faced with the criticism by the Rob/Kristen stans telling us to “give it up” and the Gaspard/Emily fans who tells us they are “too good for Twilight”. I guess I just miss the magic that surrounded the world of Forks, the beauty of imagining everything from scratch and the days when we didn’t have to constantly fight for our right to enjoy Twilight.

Last night, me and my best friend had the most amazing Greek food. Oh, and we had a Greek waiter who had a heavy accent. I kept on watching my friend as she blushed (she never blushes) and stammered.
"You want more Coke?"
"Yes, thank you!"
"Aino... What just happened? I really didn't need a refill."
"Mmhmmm."
It was hilarious and the food was fucking delicious. I may have moaned a little while eating.

I once gave a girl a bloody fake ear in a TIffany jewlery box with a letter that said, “Will you Gogh to prom with me?” yeah, I guess I’m a romantic. —MGG.

This cat is going to be the death of me. I'd post a pic but I can't move because he's sleeping on my arm. Wittle baby. Aaahh.
Allie: Why didn’t you write me? Why? It wasn’t over for me. I waited for you for seven years. But now it’s too late. Noah: I wrote you 365 letters. I wrote you every day for a year.
