I used to be ashamed of myself, always feeling inadequate. This year, I understood my inferiority complex and began to strive for betterment instead of feeling inadequate. I also came to terms with my own frustrations.

During the Les Miserables tour in Taiwan, I happened to be able to give a gift to Bradey Jaden. That same day, he asked me on Instagram do I take commissions, and later told me he loved my work.

I didn't receive many congratulations from others, maybe they thinks the whole instagram things is fake, but I knew I should stop treating myself poorly!

I started exploring new techniques in my drawings, and I feel like I've made a lot of progress. Having my work appreciated by an actor I admire is truly rare and precious. With this, I realized that I should have more courage to try more, whether it is my work or my life.

So this drawings is dedicated to Bradley Jaden. I really learned a lot from his interview. It is a state of mind. Okay, I won’t say more and embarrass myself.

I have way too many. Like 20 of these. And a massive slideshow for every character in this au. it just goes on and on. DEFINITELY don’t have favorites

Looking back at this I really wish I’d chosen the carriage scene instead of picking something from the musical, since I’ve been meaning to draw it & it fits a lot better with the prompt. Argghhh maybe some other time

LATE BRICKTOBER DAY 3 "ghosts"!!! 🐦 (short comic!!)

(explanation) short comic of one of my headcanons; what if "alouette" was not just a nickname for Cosette, but she was called that because there was already a ghost in the montfermeil named that (the ghost being a fragment of younger Fantine's soul sent to watch over Cosette until valjean came along) and she became Cosette's friend/guardian/sister figure???????????? ;-; i always wanted to make this idea a comic . I get really sad about Cosette and her family

I like- really have no time to work on these prompts. So I can do only sketches for now. But I really want to participate ahhrhhhh🥺🥺 I only have a few days planned but… we will see

Anyways yea! It’s the empty chairs at empty tables scene. It hit really hard the first time seeing it live & not knowing the choreography. I usually only draw marius to make fun of him so this is an interesting development
