Why did you get another rhinoplasty? Were you unhappy with your first results? Hope your recovery isn’t too uncomfortable, I’ve had one and the swelling can be awful.
Yeah so I’ve had two before, in America they tend to just slice and dice your nose to make it smaller but not give a nice defined shape. I wanted a nice shape not just a small nose. So essentially I just made it more defined vs changing the size of it. I also was missing chunks of bone, cartilage, and my septum was crooked from the previous work. Here is an immediate before and after on operating table.
