STEEL BALL RUN BATCH 2 TO RELEASE 25TH SEPTEMBER 2026

Now, I’ve received info on this before any official posts have gone out, so forgive the graininess of some of the photos:

WE HAVE OFFICIAL LOOKS AT HOT PANTS AND FUNNY VALENTINE!!! I am SUPER stoked we’re getting fat valentine, I was convinced we weren’t gonna get him considering how Anasui was adapted 🥹 At this point in time these are the clearest photos I can find, although I’m sure an official announcement will be out soon.

And of course, we have a batch 2 release date - 25th September!! Covering the second and third stages, this batch will consist of 11 new episodes releasing weekly…. Every Friday.

JOJO FRIDAYS ARE BAAAAACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WE FINALLY GOT THEM BACK, and they’re only a few months away!! I can’t wait! 💚

HELLO everyone, i promise i haven’t abandoned this blog 😭 i initially just needed a break from posting to fix up some things in my new place, but that quickly turned into being gone for a month. if i waited until everything was done to post again i wouldn’t even be back for the second episode 😵‍💫

regardless, nothing significant (regarding SBR) has actually happened since i’ve been gone - we DO have news of a SBR anime expo panel coming up next month, which i’m assuming will have give us a specific release date for batch 2 (hopefully??? please???? 😭), but apart from that? not much else. it’s actually the main reason why i’ve decided to stop posting regularly until we have some real news on what’s happening with the other episodes - it’s leading to nowhere, and to me that’s not worth it. here’s the tweet about the panel for those that are interested!

just to reiterate, i have no plans to abandon this blog - not until SBR finishes releasing at least. i’m going to be covering the episodes when they actually come out, but until then i won’t be posting as much as i used to. i’d say goodbye but there’s no point: i’ll be back before you know it! ✌️
