The Cultures that innovate The past three decades has changed everything in human life. There innovations which has created value. If we look at the companies those created value, I feel there is direct relationship between cultures, upbringing, education and innovation which created value. Japan is known for innovations. Japan’s electronics has changed the worlds and yes its cars but personally I feel the biggest contribution of Japan to the world quality. Continuous quality improvement………. Total Quality Management (TQM) and Kaizen. This has helped to reduce redundancies and improve the efficiency of the system. Today when commodities are going high and resources are becoming more and scarcer we need Japan’s culture of efficiency and continuous improvement more than ever. If we look at companies, their background and how they created value for all stake holders we see culture and upbringing along with education has a key role in it. Different people has defined quality in different way, some of them has quantified it also. In my opinion quality is delivery of satisfaction to its user. Satisfaction beyond expectations is quality. If we look at the innovations of past few decades and centuries, this is the truth. Sony, Panasonic, Toyota has changed the world and experience of life forever. At the same time IBM, Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Apple, are the companies which have changed the world for ever. These are the companies which has created value for their stake holder. From history of innovation one thing becomes very evident and that is, it is part of culture and upbringing. #Japan #Innovation #research #startups #Entrepreneur #Toyota #Sony #Honda #Nikon #ideas #Mitsubishi #Walkman #education https://www.instagram.com/p/CjGT-3mqFVW/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
