The Cultures that innovate The past three decades has changed everything in human life. There innovations which has created value. If we look at the companies those created value, I feel there is direct relationship between cultures, upbringing, education and innovation which created value. Japan is known for innovations. Total Quality Management (TQM) and Kaizen. This has helped to reduce redundancies and improve the efficiency of the system.
