Packermen AU
Now I was randomly thinking about this ship since it’s not too well known and thought of a little AU
So here are a couple of things for this AU
-Vlad, Maddie, and Jack reunite after Vlad gets out of the hospital.
-It wasn’t easy since Spectra had fed Vlad will all of these insecurities about how he wasn’t loved by Jack and Maddie and thought that they would hate him for being an Halfa.
-But Vlad still has hope that Jack and Maddie will still care for him.
-The three decided to hang out more together to better bond and rekindle that light, despite the many difficulties.
-During a bonding ghost hunting trip, Maddie and Jack get attacked by a very strong ghost and Vlad jumps in and saves them and turns to his ghost form automatically.
-When the fight is done, Vlad turns and sees his two friends looking shocked. Thinking that he messed up once realizing that he was in his ghost form he breaks down and cried.
-They talk a lot after that, ending with Jack and Maddie reassuring Vlad that they still cared for him no matter what.
-This results into Jack and Maddie to better understand that not all ghosts are evil and to try to only stop those ghosts that are doing evil.
-Vlad becomes somewhat rich through more legal ways and also finds gems in the ghost zone (this idea I had gotten from the wonderful @ghost-chicky in her Family Breakfast AU) to sell.
-Vlad does end up living with Jack and Maddie in Amity Park and does work with them whenever he can whilst also being the mayor of Amity Park.
-Soon, Jack and Maddie get married. Vlad had since moved on from his feelings for Maddie, but still feels a pang inside of him and he doesn’t know why. He put that aside, wanting to be happy for his friends.
-A year later, Jazz is born. and you can bet your behind that Vlad loves this little girl.
-Vlad always helps out the newly wedded couple with their daughter and her third word is ‘Uwncl Vla’. Vlad cried a bit of tears of joy.
-He does show his powers towards Jazz to make her feel comfortable around him and he knows that she is smart enough not to tell anyone outside of him and her parents.
-Two years later, Maddie had Danny (I would insert my OC Blake here, but I think i’ll do a separate post about her another time), who was premature, but survived.
-Vlad also fell in love with that baby as well and would often walk with both Jazz and Danny outside and play with them.
-And here comes the sadness.
-Maddie and Jack then have another baby, who they were gonna name Danielle, named after Jack’s belated mother. But both Danielle and Maddie had died during the birth.
-Maddie’s final words were to Jack and Vlad and telling them not to think of her with sadness, but with happiness. To stay strong for Jazz and Danny. And to not feel guilty and to be there for one another.
-The funeral takes place 2 weeks later.
-Vlad takes off of work for a while.
-Vlad is the type of person to quickly break down when someone dies and then can somewhat move on with only a couple of hiccups.
-Jack however, bubbles it all up inside of himself and it takes a while for the dam to break. And it does after a couple of weeks of trying to stay strong for his kids and Vlad.
-Vlad then does make sure that Jack is doing well and does smack some sense into him to make him know that he isn’t the only one and that they will get through this together.
-For the next couple of years, Jack and Vlad do move on from Maddie’s and Danielle’s death.
-Whenever Jazz and Danny bring up their mother and sister, they do talk about them in great fondness.
-Right around when Jazz starts to go to Middle School, Vlad finally realizes why he has felt this empty all this time. He is starting to fall for Jack.
-when he first realizes this, he hates himself, thinking how Jack could never like him like that and how it felt like it was too soon for Jack to even want to be with anyone else.
-Vlad starts to become more and more flustered around Jack, which he would try and cover. But it would typically fail.
-But Jack does notice, and does think about it for a while. Does he like Vlad, would they work, how would the kids react? All of these questions rang through Jacks head.
-So for the next week or two, he would observe and answer all of those questions in his head.
-He noted how he would fluster whenever Vlad would laugh or smile at and with the kids or at one of his jokes.
-Jack noted how they both worked amazingly together, both in mechanics and in everyday life.
-The kids, he thinks, would love both their dad and ‘uncle Vlad’ no matter what.
-So Jack decides to confront Vlad about it while the kids are at school.
-Whist working on a new invention, Jack bluntly asks f Vlad would want to be together with him.
-Vlad, very flustered, asked if Jack would want this and if the kids would still love him cause Vlad cares so much about Jazz and Danny’s opinion.
-Jack does reassure Vlad that he has thought about it and that he does want to be with Vlad.
-They end up kissing and hugging, very light stuff until Jazz and Danny needed to be picked up.
-The both of them tell Danny and Jazz during dinner. Danny jumps up and down and asks if he can now call Vlad ‘Papa’ (Vlad both almost choked and cried) and Jazz saying how she has been waiting for this to happen.
-And in two years, they both get married.
