How to be cruel..

Expect the mother to express milk knowing that she has no longer has enough breastmilk. You expect her to compensate by doing an extra day to pump milk. Even if you know she is tired from work, and knowing that the baby is not getting enough.

You are not only being cruel to the mother, but you’re also being cruel to the baby. All for wanting that you only fed your baby breastmilk

Breastfeeding is TIRING.

Self-sabotaging yet again

If I could multiply myself, I will 5 of me focusing on:

1) one for Daniel

2) one for Andres

3) one for Brian

4) one for my career

5) one for my hobbies/exercise

But I cannot.

Sometimes you just miss things when you are single… and that’s okay.

Never have I imagined that this is what I already looked like…

I can clearly say I have let myself go…

I don’t like what I see and I am losing the remaining self-esteem that I have…

Doubting myself and my capabilities…

Today, I choose my peace of mind.

I wanted to wear good/nice things.. but it doesn’t look good on me…

Nothing can prepare you when your little one is slowly outgrowing things you and him used to do...

When moving on and growing up is inevitable, and you can only watch from a distance his milestones…

It’s such a bittersweet moment. You’re quite relieved because he is adapting, but there’s this longing in your heart that you wish you could stay on that moment for a little more longer…

Am I happy for them? Definitely.

Do I wish I were too? Yes..

Now that I’m a mom, I cannot stand seeing a child crying… my heart breaks into a thousand pieces.

I cannot imagine my own child being in that situation.

I cannot even fathom how can parents or adults mistreat such innocent young children

I saw a TikTok post today that says,

Imagine getting to Heaven and hearing a small unfamiliar voice you’ve never heard before saying “Hi Mommy”

Oh my baby sunset.. how are you?

I used to fantasised living alone in a different country and being contented with being alone and the silence that every night brings… just me, the city lights outside my window, and coldness of my bed while giving me warmth at the same time.

Now that i have my own family, that picture cannot bring peace in me anymore. I cannot see myself being alone while longing for my husband and child.

They are now my warmth, my peace, my life ✨

In an extrovert world, introvert people really need to step up.

Sometimes, if not most of the time, extrovert people tend to think that introvert people don’t care or are not as talented or as passionate as extrovert people.
