IT COULD HAPPEN TO ANYONE.

  We are the grey team from Bolton NCS. A bunch of 16-17 year olds who have been challenged to make a change within our local community through the National Citizenship Service regarding our chosen topic of Social Media Awareness. By the end of the programme we aim to make the internet and  in particular  social media platforms a safer place for young people to use on a day to day basis. To help gain a greater understanding of parents perspectives we issued to a questionnaire to our peers at NCS for their parents to fill out and used this to generate a compelling set of statistics. Did you know that 58%of their parents do not have a great understanding in terms of the dangers on social media? Consequently, we have decided to present this to you, the people of Tumblr to help us raise and spread  awareness of this ever growing issue that is affecting the different generations.

We are 17 Shades of Grey.
