Hey I know I haven’t posted in forever but I’m alive lol. I cut back on using tumblr and social media in general so I could focus on my mental wellbeing and self improvement. Last time I posted I weighed around 230 and after a lot of work I’ve finally gotten down into the 190s. I’m still far from being done in the gym but I feel like I’ve found a good routine and rhythm that’ll allow me to hit my fitness goals while still being active(ish) on my socials.

No build reveal yet since I’m not at where I wanna be for that but I thought I’d give show a bit of my progress so here’s a lil bicep/chest pic lol
