LAPD detonated 5000 lbs of fireworks in the middle of a residential area, injuring at least 17 people and causing $900 million in various damages in a low-income, majority-POC neighborhood.

They then continue to pursue caging the person whose fireworks they stole while news media misreports to cover for police incompetency and destruction.

It took TWO YEARS to get the names of those involved with this incident. There are people still protesting, still living in hotels, still with unfulfilled claims to the city from this shit

This is one of the saddest and yet funniest examples of extreme incompetence. The detonation charge used to set off the fireworks was 80% of the rated capacity of the TCV. They miscalculated the highly calibrated det charges and added almost double what they needed. The amount of explosive charge in the CV was nearly 3x the rated capacity. THREE-F'N-TIMES!!!! This is some Wiley E. Coyote shit, only instead of a silly cartoon, its "highly trained" professionals that are tasked with protecting our community. There were people standing 200ft away recording as their community was devastated by these clowns.

Yet another ear ringing, window shattering, life altering example of the police being far more dangerous than the criminal.

Had some fun with this cast. I am so happy with how it turned out. A few double bezel (3mm/2.5mm) settings and some other threadless tops.

Finally getting somewhere with casting. These are for a Mantis threadless top and olive branch seam rings. Both are 14k Yellow gold.

14k white gold bees, set with black and canary yellow 0.8mm diamonds. I did not make the bee, but soldered the spin and did the stone setting. I dont have the equipment to set stones that small, but managed to get it with minimal brain and eyesight damage.

Soooo... This was a challenge. This was my first attempt at a clicker. It worked out better than expected, but I need some practice with himges. We will be adding something similar to the product lines.

Sterling silver with a 2.5mm Garnet.

The finished product of the silver scorpion. I decided to keep the sprue on it, and just polish the scorpion.

This little guy is a silver cast of a Lego scorpion. I am making it as a gift for my son. I'm still struggling with casting, but its getting better.

I did it!!! My first successful lost wax cast!! (Second try) Its not pretty, but all pieces are fully formed. This is the product of several months of shop planning and learning.

This was a fun custom project for our UPS driver. He wanted to change out the CZ's for Emeralds. Also resize and polish. The Emeralds give this ring so much more style.

This was my first attempt at a basket setting for square cut stones. Im not really happy with them, but again, first attempt. And only my second try for a basket setting ever.
