I feel like child abuse is very normal in many PoC households, and its really up to our generation to stop that shit. Beating your child, threatening to hurt them, and bucking at them to make them feel weak and less than is super disgusting. If you can’t explain to your child what they did wrong in a loving and healthy manner, then you shouldn’t have kids at all.

According to my period tracker, my period will get here in 6 days. I feel like it might come earlier though because I felt INSANE today. I don’t feel good about this, but I need to let y'all know that I consumed: a homemade smoothie, like ½ a baguette with pepper jack cheese, homemade tuna salad (1 can tuna, cucumber, French Dijon mustard, kale) with more of the baguette, an apple, crackers with more or the cheese, Greek yogurt mixed with almond butter and chocolate chips, and frozen grapes. I have not felt full or even satisfied once this entire day.

Like….. am I okay? Who eats that much?

Also randomly felt exhausted allll day. I could not stop yawning. And couldn’t exercise when I got home because i couldn’t move from my bed?
