I have a 2k today but I haven’t been erging because my wrist is still healing from being broken but I really don’t want to miss the 2k. I dunno if I can or should but I want to do it anyway any advice?

But for future injury things; always think about if the workout or test in question will help or hurt you (E.g. will you actually do well, will it help boat ranking, or will it just cause pain and be a bad piece) How important is it to risk the possibility of making an almost healed injury worst again.
Trying to find the balance between sucking it up and just doing the workout vs. doing it and then messing up the healing process is always a difficult decision. Weighing pros and cons, understanding your body (knowing the difference between working through shin splints compared to letting things get so bad they turn into stress fractures) while also communicating with a coach and/or trainer (if possible) are your best bets for determining if an injury is worth a push through.
Except rib and spine injuries. Don’t mess with those. Leave plenty of healing time and don’t jump into workouts too soon.
