2019 is coming to a close, and you know what that means—time to review the year! This is our seventh stint, and we’re doing things a little differently this time around. The biggest change is in how we collect data: this year’s lists account for a full 365 days, from October 21st, 2018 through October 20th, 2019, meaning this is the first time we’re taking data from December into account. Welcome to Year in Review, December!

Porn ban

Actually ignoring all the community complaint about the porn ban, literally no one asked for this

Ignoring all community on other media, too (nice strategy, I know you’re reading this, but you don’t even try to argument. Real nice)

Deactivated accounts because of porn ban

Loss in 40% of traffic due to porn ban

Community realizing you guys don’t even know what your website is about and what your community wants

This is further reinforced by adding a group chat feature literally no one asked for when you could be programming things that are actually useful

Not answering any of my and my friends’ support tickets

Still no function to switch main accounts

PORN BOTS STILL NOT FIXED LOOOOOOOOOL

Killing an entire community because of money

Making people lose track of several other people and friends because of so many disabled accounts because of porn ban

Need I actually say more?

I seriously have not seen one single pronunciation about these issues. Nowhere. Not in a single place.

These guys actually don’t care. They are willing to genocide their community if it means money. This is literally against what everyone in this site is for. Watch how this post will get completely ignored, like all the others. Nothing is being done. It’s been a year, no one is thankful for these changes.

Tumblr used to be good. When it was an ACTUAL safe space for people to post whatever they want.
