Source | https://www.instagram.com/mariathearcane/?hl=en Before we dive into the elements and how you can work with them, it is important to know that simply releasing them without reflection and not following through with turning what we have released into knowledge (as an act of real world energy) can make history repeat itself or even cause us to not truly let it go. We must release with mindfulness and true intent. - Air - Saying what you want to release to the wind, letting it blow away. - Fire - Writing out what you want to release and watching it burn in your cauldron (my favorite, in true fire sign fashion) - Water - Taking a charcoal & epsom salt bath with the intention to draw what you are releasing out of you. - Earth - Standing barefoot on the earth and a ending what no longer serves you as energy through your feet. Letting mama earth neutralize it.
