Last July it was an honor to receive the Junior Best Dancer title at The Dance Awards. I have worked so hard for so many years to finally have my dream come true - I was really looking forward to assisting all the amazing teachers and growing as a dancer - I was on top of the world. During the year while training I started having pain in my left hip, not a big deal, right? I’m a dancer! By October, the pain had gotten worse, to the point where I couldn’t dance. I saw many doctors and they all confirmed, I had Perthes Disease in my left hip. I was devastated, but I was determined to not make this the end of my story.

Welcome to the Little Dancers Fandom Awards 2016!

We are now ready to take your nominations. But before we begin, here are a few rules:

Nominations will only be received through our Ask Box. 

Only tumblr bloggers may be nominated. For example, “Favourite Youtube Channel” must be run by a blogger.

Nominated bloggers must post about little dancers 90% of the time.

You may nominate as many bloggers as you’d like, but each blogger can only win one category. In the case where one blogger wins multiple categories, the blogger will only win the category with the greatest percentage of votes.

Nominating and voting are restricted to the tumblr fandom only. Please refrain from asking people outside the tumblr fandom to vote or nominate blogs.

Deadline for submitting nominations is Sunday, August 21st.
