Week 11 reflection
Our expo I think went very well, but also had a lot of room for improvement. As people didn’t show up until about 11am, there was a huge queue of people that came at once instead of it being all spread out, thus making our waiting room very full and we were only able to have 3 people participating in our expo at once. We soon realised that our video was too long and would take up too much time so we had to adapt and make the video shorter so we were able to get through more people. As the expo went on, I felt like I became more confident inside the expo as to what I needed to do and I became more time efficient. I was able to make our expo run a bit faster and we got straight to the point. It became difficult when we swapped roles as the next person who would join me in the room would not know exactly how the expo inside ran, therefore I had to do most of the talking myself. I also had to run the expo by myself at least twice during our tome, which I would’ve liked to have had someone with me to help, and it would’ve created less stress. Sticking to our own roles is something I would change next time. Overall we had more food than we needed so we may have over purchased but I am proud of how our expo went and how we were able to solve problems quite quickly when needing to.
