The most loving thing we can do for someone is to accept them exactly where they are . The most unloving thing we can do is try to change them .When you’re trying to change someone , you effectively saying that you know what is best for them . You’re unsolicited help is a way of judging and controlling them . People may not show up the way you want them to , but when you accept them where they are you can let go , forgive and release . This could be hard when we think they make bad decisions but they too , just like us have a guidance system helping to navigate what’s best for them. - Judgment Detox by @gabbybernstein I’m forever learning . 🌴 2017 you went by so quick . This year I took my first Solo Trip to Portland . I’ve stayed in @airbnb , met an amazing host . We actually kept in contact and became friends . When I came back from Portland I booked my first Solo Euro Trip ( London , Paris , Kraków) and just went for it . For the first time I stayed in hostels . I met amazing people that were on the same journey as I was . I wasn’t afraid , I trusted my Instincts , I was and I am proud of myself for doing that. I remember being confident , and when I came back I was even more confident , that I had the confidence to do it haha. This was one big amazing accomplishment of 2017 . There are many more but I will leave it for another post .
