Gentrification spreads the myth of native incompetence: That people need to be imported to be important, that a sign of a neighbourhood’s “success” is the removal of its poorest residents. True success lies in giving those residents the services and opportunities they have long been denied.

my pizza partner, spicy. when I met this two they become as one of the closest friend to me, that every time i’m with them we just share a loud laughter to skip the cruelty of life.Â
UNDER HYPED: theBalm Balm Shelter Tinted Moisturizer
I love a good tinted moisturiser for days when I don’t feel like wearing foundation or want to embrace my natural skin and that’s where theBalm Balm Shelter Tinted Moisturizer comes in. This super lightweight, hydrating tinted moisturizer does just about everything it can to help make skin look more alive and healthy. The finish is exactly what I like in a tinted moisturiser, it’s got a gorgeous demi-matte finish meaning it gives radiance to the skin, but isn’t matte and dry looking, but not heavy and greasy either. If you have oily skin you will most likely find that because of the finish and hydrating qualities this product is not for you. I’d say this product is best suited towards normal and drier skin types. However, it is important to note that this product can have a tendency to accentuate and “cling” onto dry patches so it is essential to exfoliate regularly when using this product. The coverage is ideal for a tinted moisturiser, it has just the right amount of pigment to help even out the skin and neutralize redness, but still lets your natural skin show through. What really attracted me to this product was the amazing shade range, unlike most tinted moisturisers which often have a universal “one shade fits all” philosophy or simply two shades “light” and “dark” this product comes in seven shades and I was able to find a perfect match for my super fair skin (the lightest shade is almost too light for me!) Overall I really like this tinted moisturiser and I’m really glad I decided to try it, it’s great for everyday wear and I’ve finally found a match for my skin!
