Hello again to the Tumblr void - it’s been a “hot minute”.
Something brought me back to Tumblr today. I’ve been gone since the porn ban back in 2019 methinks.
Something nostalgic, something familiar, something current worlds affairsy. Whatever it was, it was like riding a bicycle again.
And I am looking through old accounts, likes, and posts and see how much I’ve grown over the 15 years I started on Tumblr.
I was just some college freshman doing everything under the sun to distract himself from his parent’s divorce and the transition into adulthood and now I’m 32: finally stopping to feel all of my feelings, prioritizing the things that matter and figuring out life one day at a time.
I’ve recently gone through some life transitions and subconsciously may be craving some consistency or callback to the past?
We’ll see…who is out there?
