hey lazyyogi. i usually meditate once a day for about 10 minutes. i was thinking about starting to meditate twice a day for 10 minutes each now that i have more time, but then i read it's bad to meditate too much. how much is too much meditation? what are the negatives of too much, or is there no such thing? what do you believe is the optimal amount per day? thank you, sorry for so many questions! :)
It depends on the meditation technique. I know that for Kriya Yoga, there are certain restrictions like not practicing the techniques during thunderstorms.Â
For the technique that I advocate, which you can read about on the meditation page of my blog, more meditation is always better. There are no negative aspects from meditating too much. There are always obstacles but they come from the buried delusions and confusions that are surfacing before being purified, not the meditation itself.Â
The ideal to aspire for over time is an hour a day. If you just practice daily, ten minutes or whatever, the time will naturally grow on its own.Â

I had watched a documentary based on Meditation..It was suggested that we should do mediatation according to our age..As I am 31, I should do it for 31min daily..

Really good Cesar!..And you had good fluency .But Some points:
1. to stole is wrong. After the preposition to always use the first form of the verb. It should be to steal
2. this/these ( there was a little difference between these two sounds)
3. It's always better to say watch movie than see
When you see a film/movie, it's when you go out to the cinema. When you watch a film/movie, you're watching like on TV .

You had a good organization of the sentences in your mind, but I notice that when youâre searching in your mind for a word, you use to bite a little your lips, and maybe another tip that will help you is the pronnunciation of the âTâ, I know that you are a Spanish speaker just as me and perhaps because of that is a little difficult the pronnunciation of some letters, in my case I have problems with the letter âJâ and âRâ.
One last thing, almost the end of the recording you said: âPeople in India need good POLITICSâ politics refer to a politic idea, maybe you was trying to say LAWS.

1.All the game = Throughout the gameÂ
2. There is no word - haved.
3. No article (a, an, the) before time- 25 minutes
4. Some spellings are wrong.
5. Apart from these points, I suggest you to learn the rules of tenses.
Then someday we can discuss the usage of tenses..
