There’s no canon basis for this as far as I know, but I really like the idea of Michael (if he was at all conscious while being controlled) still being protective of Ennard or looking out for them when they’re in the outside world. That’s still his little sister. That’s still Elizabeth, at least to him, and he can’t stand to fail his siblings again. I can see him trying to get them to leave his body to repair them, or just accepting his fate and giving them advice on how to best live his life. And I can see them all noticing his body rotting before he did and knowing how much it’ll upset him and trying to hide it by patching it up and avoiding mirrors. I can see Michael hiding the fact that he’s in pain and I can see Elizabeth consoling him with the same love bombing she learned from William. I am punching a wall and screaming I am feeling a lot of things.
