What I Wore In Vegas: Day and Night!
Day 1: Just Arrived/Dinner
We got to Vegas around 4PM, checked in, and changed from our roadtrip clothes (running shorts and a t-shirt) into clean, “Yeah, I’m in Vegas” clothes. If that’s a thing? Idk.
I recently bought a black denim skirt from forever 21 and decided to put it to use. I paired the skirt with an off-the-shoulder flow-y festival shirt that I tucked into the skirt. I bought the shirt a year ago, so it’s probably not available at forever 21 anymore but a similar style works just as well. The shoes I’m wearing were my friend Nadia’s and I believe are from Steve Madden. I paired it with my token cross-body purse and some Alex and Ani bracelets.

Night 1: Surrender Nightclub
I celebrated my birthday in Vegas. Wow, I still can’t believe I’m saying that. Anyway, we got tickets to see Dillon Francis at one of the nightclubs in the hotel we were staying at. We initially thought it would be club attire (dresses, heels, etc.) but quickly realized it was a night swim and pool attire was encouraged. We rummaged through our suitcases and pulled together these outfits. I am wearing a bralette from VS, it was part of their $5 bralette sale. It’s not available on their website anymore, but I found a link to buy it on Poshmark. It was super comfy and provided enough padding that I didn’t feel as if my nips were about to peek through. But if it did, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas anyway. Ha. Jk, that was a joke.
I wore a pair of American Eagle shorties that are super comfy and stretchy and a “kimono” from Charlotte Russe. Again, I paired it with my cross-body bag and Alex and Ani bracelets. Tiara and birthday girl pin are from target and scored me free shots so 10/10 recommend.
Day 2: Walking around Vegas
After getting back to our hotel at 4AM, we rested until 10AM and decided to walk around Vegas for a bit. It was 105 degrees and we walked for 20 minutes before feeling like we were about to pass out. It was SO. HOT. If you’re thinking about bringing sweaters/jeans/jackets to Vegas during summer, don’t do it. You won’t need it. There’s a reason everyone walks around in bathing suits. (Don’t do that either, no one does that.) ANYWAY. I wore a green bodysuit that I got from none other than Forever 21, a pair of black cut off shorts from American Eagle, and a pair of Adidas sneakers that are probably the comfiest shoes I own and the only ones you’ll see me wearing. Oh and what’s that? Yep, my token cross-body bag. Also this dope strawberry banana smoothie from one of the carts at the Venetian.
Night 2: Birthday Dinner
Ok, so remember when I said we had outfits for a nightclub but it turned into a night swim? Well, this is the outfit I was supposed to wear to the nightclub. The dress is from Forever 21 and literally fits like a glove on my body. The purple wedges are from Charlotte Russe and were the only shoes I found that were semi-easy to walk in. By the end of dinner, however, we were eagerly trying to hail a cab back to our hotel instead of walking 15 minutes. Also, Vegas isn’t New York City. We tried hailing a cab and a car thought we were hookers waiting to be picked up and motioned for us to get in the car. Don’t do it peeps, don’t do it. Uber is your best friend.
Also, LOL cross-body bag making an appearance!
That’s all folks! We were in Vegas for two days/nights and that’s what I wore. Thanks for reading! Please message me feedback/comments/suggestions/cute pics of dogs. Literally anything. Except nudes, please don’t send those.
