This was a few months ago (185lbs) ... but 6 years ago, I’d so 225 lbs .. 4 sets of 20 reps at ease.. now look lol. 🤦🏾‍♀️🙃 This was after doing 4 sets of 10 at 155lbs, so I was probably tired but stillllll.
