I'm planning a trip to Los Angeles with my roomates for the end of summer to celebrate graduation,what are some things that we should do/see in that area? Anything besides the typical tourist stuff? Places to eat? It will be our first time going there ( and first time on the west coast) so we want to fit as much in as possible, we are thinking about staying 5 days as of now. 

Any tips/ advice would be lovely.
