I just saw the finale movie today in the theaters. I was decked out in every TADC thing I own, which is literally all Caine. Just Caine. So you can bet I screamed "MY HUSBAND!!!" out loud when he came back 😅

I cannot believe my husband came back and that he gets to be happy. Seeing him happy makes me so happy as well. I get so warm and fuzzy every time I remember he has friends who appreciate him now. I was crying from joy the end and squeezing my Caine plush so hard I thought it would burst!

He was so beautiful and hot the whole time. There's something so hot about someone realizing they were part of the problem and working hard to fix it. Also, everything he does is so adorable. Him playing DND was so cute!! Of course he would be a bard, of COURSE. He's the perfect bard if you forget the bard stereotypes. (Someone draw bard Caine rolling seduce for dragon Moon)

I cant even say anything about all the Jax part, or we'd be here all day. Just. Wow.

Also "Reality is gay" is going to be a verbal stim of mine now.

A bit of a reference to my first post on caine

Usual rambles under cut

I see the 9th episode tomorrow as of June 5th. I haven't seen any leaks surprisingly, but I did hear the ending was kinda disappointing. So if this drawing is canon or not is something I don't really care for cause it's more or less a reflection of my own feelings.

My last thoughts on Caine before I see ep 9 is that he has definitely impacted me a lot, along with other people's analysis of him.

I put some symbolism, as I do, of the daisy in his hand wilting not only to represent death but also the death of innocence. Daisies also represent new beginnings, so it would be like a new beginning being cut short, similar to Caine's death, as he was hit with clarity before he got deleted. I also wanted a kind of ethereal look for the piece, like a final look at Caine before his departure. The error box also references a song name if you catch that ;)

There's also themes of red and blue in this for obvious reasons, and I wanted Caine to have a more dull color scheme compared to the saturated surroundings.

Also, for you dear readers who read these rambles, here's Caine without the error box (I kinda don't like the eyes)
