I have said before that my better half has a glib tongue and never meets a stranger. Today while I was walking, I met a young women who had her head down and looked as if she were crying. I spoke to her and asked her if she was okay. Being me, that was the best I could do. She didn’t say anything and kept her head down. Hypertension is a heart attack waiting to happen. Ask your doctor to check your blood pressure at every appointment. If you should have high blood pressure, diet can help immensely. But if your doctor prescribes medication, don't hesitate to take it. Diet and medication go hand in hand.
