Today I ran one mile in 9:08 which is pretty good for me right now. I walked a mile after that in 18:19.
After that mile, my plan was to run 1/4 mile and then walk 1/4 mile and keep that going until I hit 2 more miles.
Once I tried running again my shins were on fire (shin splints suck ass) and on top of that my knees were in pain. My KNEES. I know I’m almost 29 but damn this is the first time I’ve had knee pain and I don’t like it.
I guess for the next week I’ll just rest and focus on weightlifting and HIIT training. Frustrated but not giving up.
I’m also doing IF, 16:8 and ive stuck to it pretty well this week besides times outside of my control. I’m currently on active duty orders with the Army so some things I can’t control.
Im hoping for some results by Monday!
