Always wanted to do a before and after... the first picture is from Christmas of last year 12/25/19. The second is from today, 7/28/20. I was roughly 210 in the first one and now I'm down to 175. This year had already brought on so many changes and so much room for growth. For the first time I am finally learning to love myself, which make me want to be healthier and take better care of my body.
I still have a long way to go (I want to make it down to 135lbs)!
First “diet” of my life eeeek
I hate calling it a diet, because I just have a super negative connotation when it comes to that word. I'm trying to train my body to ENJOY things like.... fucking lowfat greek yogurt, bran cereal, and almonds on top. The dressing on my salad for lunch was literally low fat greek yogurt, lime juice, and a little salt and pepper... WTF BLEGH But, today I ate those for breakfast and lunch. They really weren't AWFUL. It wasn't fucking Taco Bell but shit, it filled me up and honestly it's been pretty cool sticking to a meal plan. (Day 2/30). I'll be posting my "why" story probably tomorrow. P.S. I'm down 10 pounds so far. HOLY FECK!
