I did this shoot a few years back. I had only one thing in mind and that is "Sleepless" as I was going through a rough patch myself. And not everything was going myself, I was loosing people, specially loved ones. I couldn't sleep for days in a row. Tried everything but nothing was working for myself. So I decided to express all those feelings through this photoshoot. Although the person I wanted to showcase this, didn't even care much about it. But atleast I was able to spit it out of my system. Everything is still same with me now as well. It's just that, with time I somehow learnt to live with all the repurcussions of my own deeds. That's life I guess. 👉 Time is a great teacher. It amazes me, how everything comes down to the way we see things. It's all about perspective. How one person can find pessimism in one image and how the other can find optimism in the same image. ⠀ We human beings always tend to see things from our narrow perspective only, but never challenge our belief system to see things from different perspectives or rather the way things exactly are. ⠀ Some people find misery like anything and some, despite of every bit of hardships can find one way or the other to live and to thrive in life. ⠀ We try so hard to change things, be it inside or outside.
