Birthdays are bittersweet a time of reflection and a time to rejoice. A Revival of sorts.

Gather round this table boys bring your shame I’ll lose my voice.

This past summer I experienced the worst brain fog, fatigue, anger, depression, severe anxiety attacks well to be fair I thought they were anxiety related but it still lingers. Nothing sucks more than thinking you’re “healthy” to ultimately being told you got an autoimmune disease. But thennn they give you one medication which then turns into three and then suddenly you’re blood work is abnormal so you’re doing monthly labs with positive changes but also a very concerning result… cause if you have one autoimmune disease your bound to have at least one or two more.

Specialist appointments take forever 5 months and counting and that’s even being waitlisted in case someone cancels. Waitlisted for a fucking specialist, like a damn concert. Other people have it worse tho so who am I to complain.

Anger grows in my bones if you could not tell
